All LICSA activities are staffed by NAHCA Division 12 volunteers. We race according to the United States Sailing Association  Rules  and handicap numbers for open class racing. Since the numbers were never intended for comparing catamarans vastly different in design and performance, we race in close handicap groups. We have found that this keeps the competition tight and the sailing more fun. In addition, there is one design racing within LICSA including Hobies, Darts, Supercats, Nacras and Prindles.
